Home Internet Check is a free service from P50 Digital LLC, an independent retailer of home internet services. We are not an internet service provider. Prices, speeds and promotions are set by each provider, vary by address, and are confirmed only when you place an order.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and P50 Digital LLC, doing business as Home Internet Check ("we," "us," "our"), for your use of homeinternetcheck.com and related services by phone and text. By using the site or submitting our form, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What Home Internet Check is and is not

We are an independent, authorized retailer and marketer of home internet services offered by third-party providers. Our specialists help you see which providers may serve your address, compare plans, and, if you choose, place an order with the provider on your behalf.

We are not an internet service provider. We do not own or operate a network, set prices or plan terms, install equipment, or provide technical support for service you order. Any service you buy is a contract between you and the provider, governed by its terms.

We are paid by providers when you order service through us. This may influence which providers and plans we present. We are not a government agency or government program.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, a U.S. resident, and able to enter into contracts. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you submit and authorized to consent to calls and texts at that number.

4. Availability, pricing, fees and promotions

• Information on our site about availability, speeds, prices and promotions is general information and may change without notice.
• Availability depends on your exact service address. Entering a ZIP code does not confirm that any provider can serve you.
• Advertised prices often depend on conditions such as autopay, paperless billing, or bundling with a qualifying mobile line, and usually exclude taxes, fees, and equipment or speed upgrades.
• Some plans have charges due at signup, such as activation, shipping or equipment fees or a deposit, and some providers run a credit or identity check. Your specialist will tell you about any amount due at signup and any credit check before you agree to an order.
• Speeds are not guaranteed and vary with signal, network congestion, equipment placement and your home network.
• Promotions such as prepaid or gift cards, price guarantees, trial periods and early-termination reimbursements are offered by providers, not by us, and are subject to the provider's eligibility rules and claim process.
• Nothing on this site is an offer, quote or guarantee. Your terms are those the provider confirms when you order.

5. Orders placed by phone

If you ask us to place an order, you authorize us to submit the information you give us to the provider you choose, including information the provider needs for credit or identity verification. You confirm that the information is yours and accurate, and that you are the person applying for service. You may decline any order before it is submitted. After submission, changes and cancellations are handled under the provider's policies.

6. Your submission and consent to be contacted

When you submit our form, you agree that P50 Digital LLC (Home Internet Check) may contact you at the phone number and email you provide about home internet and related services, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text messages, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller to put you on our do-not-call list, or contacting us (section 17). We keep a record of your consent, including date, time, IP address and the wording shown.

7. Call recording

Calls with us may be recorded and transcribed, including with automated and AI tools, for quality, training, compliance and record-keeping. By speaking with us you consent to recording.

8. Electronic communications and signatures

You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures and records to you electronically, by email, text or on this site, and that your electronic agreement (such as clicking a button or giving verbal authorization on a recorded call) has the same effect as a written signature. You can request a paper copy of any record we are required to provide by contacting us.

9. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to submit only your own details. Submitting another person's information, a number you are not authorized to provide, or false information breaches these terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully; submit false, misleading or automated entries; use robots or scrapers to access or copy the site; try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with them; or reproduce the site's content without our written permission.

11. Intellectual property and trademarks

The site's content, design and code belong to P50 Digital LLC or its licensors. "Home Internet Check" is our name and mark. Other names and trademarks on the site belong to their owners and are used only for identification and comparison. Their use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those owners unless stated.

12. Third-party sites and services

We may link to or connect you with sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your dealings with them are between you and them.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT INFORMATION ABOUT AVAILABILITY, SPEEDS, PRICING OR PROMOTIONS IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY PROVIDER WILL OFFER YOU SERVICE OR PARTICULAR TERMS.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, P50 DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE YOU OBTAIN FROM A PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P50 Digital LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your right to bring an individual claim in small claims court or to report a concern to a government agency.

17. Changes and termination

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date. We may suspend or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
