Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Home Internet Check is paid by providers when you order service through us, and we use advertising platforms to measure our ads. Under some state privacy laws that can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can tell us to stop at any time, free of charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
1. How to opt out
Use any of these. Include the phone number and email you submitted so we can find your record.
- Email privacy@homeinternetcheck.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
- Phone (888) 506-4061. Tell the specialist you are making a Do Not Sell or Share request.
- Mail to the address below.
- Browser signal. Turn on Global Privacy Control. Our site detects it and does not load advertising pixels or send your submission to advertising platforms, with no need to contact us.
2. What happens next
- We confirm your request and process it within the time required by law, generally within 15 business days.
- We stop sharing your identifiers with advertising platforms for targeted advertising or measurement.
- We stop any sale or sharing of your information for marketing purposes.
- An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission.
Two things an opt-out does not doIt does not delete information a provider already received to process an order you requested; contact that provider directly. And it does not by itself stop calls or texts. To stop those, reply STOP to any text, ask any caller to put you on our internal do-not-call list, or contact us below.
